Mechanical Heating and Cooling is a family owned and operated company that has been in business since 1983. Current owner, Joel Wensley, has been the sole owner of Mechanical Heating and Cooling since 2001.

Who We Are
Located in Dearborn Heights, Mechanical Heating and Cooling is a licensed Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) contractor. We specialize in the installation and service of Carrier heating and cooling systems. In addition, we also provide duct cleaning and maintenance services. We provide our services to the Metro Detroit area for both residential and commercial sites. Mechanical Heating and Cooling is a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer, but our experienced technicians can service all types of equipment.
Our technicians are provided with endless training, consisting of both in-house and field instruction. We believe in keeping our technicians up to date with new and improved techniques, as well as the newest technology, so they can better serve our customers.
In result of our staff’s recent efforts to provide our customers with the highest quality systems and services we have received Carrier’s Presidential Award for the past 7 years. This award is presented to Carrier dealers who exemplify leadership and management, customer satisfaction, expertise, business growth and operational excellence. It holds our company to higher standards and encourages us to continually improve our practices, knowledge, and techniques. We strive to continue to be on the receiving end of this award for many years to come.
